Pierre Hardy ships orders placed on pierrehardy.com to all 27 member states of the European Union, free of charge.

Shipping zones

We ship to the following destinations:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Customers outside the European Union should visit us.pierrehardy.com. Customers in Japan are served by our local distributor.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is complimentary on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Delivery times

The following delivery times are indicative and calculated in business days from the date your order is dispatched. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days following purchase. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CET on Friday are processed the following Monday.

  • France: 1 to 2 business days
  • Benelux, Germany: 2 to 3 business days
  • Other EU member states: 3 to 5 business days

Delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays in the destination country. Delivery times are provided for information only and are not contractual. Pierre Hardy cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by circumstances beyond our control.

Duties and taxes

All orders shipped within the European Union include applicable VAT (Value Added Tax) at the rate of the destination country. No additional duties or import fees apply to intra-EU shipments.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment in real time.

You can also track your order at any time from your account on pierrehardy.com under "My Account".

Delivery process

A signature may be required upon delivery to confirm receipt of your order. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling delivery or picking up the package at a local service point.

Pierre Hardy is not responsible for delays in delivery due to weather, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will, however, do our best to assist you in resolving any delivery issue. Please contact our Customer Service if your shipment is delayed beyond the expected delivery window.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Pierre Hardy is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be charged for re-shipment.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service immediately at estore@pierrehardy.com with your order number and photographs of any damage to the packaging or product. We will investigate with our carrier and find an appropriate solution.
