The Website serves customers located within the European Union. Customers outside the European Union should visit us.pierrehardy.com. Customers in Japan are served by our local distributor.

By accessing, browsing, or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Website. These Terms govern your use of the Website. The purchase of products through the Website is additionally governed by our Terms of Sale (CGV).

Section 1 — Access and account

The Website is freely accessible to any user with an internet connection. Pierre Hardy reserves the right to suspend access to all or part of the Website for maintenance or for any other reason without notice.

To use certain features of the Services, including placing an order, you may need to create an account or otherwise provide us with your personal information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all the information you provide to us is true and current and that you have authority to provide all the information you provide to us. Pierre Hardy reserves the right to refuse use of the Services to anyone for any legitimate reason.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity carried out on the Services. You must not transfer, share, or assign your account to anyone else.

Section 2 — Our products

We have made every effort to provide as accurate a representation as possible of our products in our online store. However, please note that colors or product appearance may differ from how they may appear on your screen due to the type of device, monitor or display you use.

Photographs and descriptions of our products are not contractual. Pierre Hardy reserves the right to modify the assortment of products offered for sale at any time, and to discontinue any product without notice.

Products are offered within the limits of available stock.

The Website may contain hyperlinks to other websites operated by third parties. Pierre Hardy has no control over the content of these websites and accepts no responsibility for them. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Pierre Hardy.

Pierre Hardy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any modifications will be effective upon publication on the Website. Your continued use of the Website following the publication of any modifications constitutes acceptance of those modifications. The version of the Terms applicable to your use of the Website is the version in force on the date of your use.

Section 11 — Agents and automated systems

If you access the Services through an autonomous agent or artificial intelligence system acting on your behalf, you remain responsible for ensuring that the agent's actions comply with these Terms and any applicable law. You represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind any agent acting on your behalf, and you acknowledge that orders placed through such agents are valid orders for which you are responsible.

Section 12 — Consumer mediation

In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, Galerie de l'Assemblée SARL (trading as Pierre Hardy) has adhered to a consumer mediation service. Following a prior written complaint addressed to our Customer Service that has remained unanswered or whose response has not been satisfactory, the Customer has the right to use, free of charge, the consumer mediation service referenced for our business:

The Customer remains free to accept or refuse the recourse to mediation, and to follow or not the solution proposed by the mediator. The mediation procedure is free for the Customer. Full details are available in our Terms of Sale.

Section 13 — Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law.

Any dispute arising from the use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer's country of residence within the European Union provide otherwise.

In accordance with Article L.616-1 of the French Consumer Code and Article 14 of EU Regulation 524/2013, in the event of an unresolved dispute, you may refer the matter to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
